Organic Kirishima Sencha "Silver"

Organic Kirishima Sencha "Silver" - Grown organically in the mountainous Kirishima area of Kagoshima. Our second highest quality Kirishima green tea, we carry this item at a lower price than our "Gold" version. While still classified asasamushi-cha (light steamed green tea), we consider this sencha to fall about halfway between light and medium steaming. This sencha has an intense green-yellow color to it, is clear, and carries a a nice grassy aroma. Very nicely balanced astringency, aroma and taste, this is probably one of the best organic sencha green teas we've ever come across.   Very delicious, we are confident you will enjoy this product.  As with all of our loose leaf green teas, packaged in nitrogen flushed packaging.
