This sencha is better and cheaper than many sencha sold in tea stores in France but I turned to the other top senchas o-cha sells.

Just tried this today, I am to new to Sencha. I usually drink Matcha. I thought it had a very nice aroma, and I was able to get 4 good steepings out of it. It's an excellent value. I am looking forward to adding it to my daily tea drinking routine.

This is my first experience with Sencha and I am very glad that it did not disappoint.
When I finished brewing my first cup the first thing I noticed was the subtle smell. The aroma reminded me of the scent of milk while the taste was somewhat reminiscent of grass (not that I eat grass).
Coming from buying my everyday tea from my local food store this Sencha was a big step up.
Initially I was worried about the brewing
process but this tea is very forgiving as I
have yet to spoil a cup of it.
I would recommend this particular Sencha for those who are first timers like myself.
As for me...I'm going to order another
batch.
Advantages: A nice introduction to Sencha

This is my first experience with FRESH sencha, and wow !!! Amazing!. First of all, green tea products in teabags in american grocery stores does not compare !!! Secondly, cheap loose leaf sencha from asian grocery stores is significantly surpassed by this product.
I would actually compare this favorably to a gyokuro found in a prominant american tea store that is sold for $10/oz. Not going to mention any names, but Daily sencha is significantly better and fresher, for a lower price.
Excellent 'green-ness' of the leaves, fresh smell that actually smells like grass, the brewed tea has a great smooth mouthfeel, with just the right amount of grassy flavor without any noticeable bitterness.
Am recommending this to all my friends, and consider it an EXCELLENT entry level tea. The fact that this is better than any loose leaf green tea that i've found in american stores has made me an O-Cha customer for life. I cant even imagine how good the shincha will be!
Advantages: Better than expected!

Good grassy smell. Typical buttery-ness that senchas sema to have, although not as much as more expensive teas. Taste is slightly grassy and at times a high sweet note that almost reminds me of citrus :) Easy to brew, 2nd infusion has been a sweeter taste for me. All in all, a very good every day cuppa. Excellent value for money and head and shoulders above typical "store teas" Happy tea drinking :)
