This is the finest fukamushi I have had. The rich, grassy flavor lasts through 5 infusions. It brews a bright-green cup with a thick body and a savory flavor and aroma. Absolutely excellent tea.

I was most pleasantly surprised at the smoothness and eveness of this most flavorful cup. This is a most worthy addition to the O-Cha line up. I loved the really fresh aroma of the dry leaf, then the full, incredible aroma of the warmed leaf in my preheated kyusu, then the aroma of the brew, and finally the intense, full, yet still smooth flavor profile was most outstanding. A great Fukamushi Cha!!! WOW!!!

The Fukamashi Sencha Supreme does not have the grassy, fresh-cut smell and taste of my regular sencha, the Yutaka Midori. I found it to be more similar to the Miyabi.
This fukamashi had a deep-green color, was easy to brew and was always pleasant, but to my taste it was also rather bland compared to my favorite sencha, the Yutaka Midori. When brewed as described on the package, I found the third infusion to be rather weak.
I rated the Fukamashi Sencha Supreme four stars. It is an excellent tea, but I do not feel it is the equal of the Midori. It doesn't have to be, as it still makes a well above average tea drinking experience, but one that I want in limited doses.

I just got my Fukamushi Shincha yesterday. I opened the bag in front of two close friends who got to take that first fresh whiff of it. I'm brewing it today for the first time.Enjoying my second infusion now. It's a rich deep tasting sencha with a bright green color. I really like this tea,and can't wait to try them all I recommend this tea to anyone..
