Known as a "chasaji" in Japanese, this is a traditional teaspoon used for measuring out green tea. A full teaspoon will usually weight out to 4 or 5 grams.  Made from the wood of blooming cherry trees, quite beautiful.

This is a great way to measure out your tea. It takes a few tries to get down but it really adds to the experience and pairs great with the green tea canister.
