Author: David Britton This has to be one of the best green tea deals ever! I have had Houjicha before and liked it, but I never had it this good. This tea is very flavorful and easy to brew. I use about one tablespoon for each 6 to 8 ounces of water and brew for two to three minutes. This gives it a stronger but very pleasant flavor. I do not go for a second infusion, although others I know do. This is personal taste, but as the price is so cheap and the first infusion tastes so great, I use fresh tea for every infusion. This tea is awesome and I would give it 5 stars even if it cost twice as much.
