Author: Ken S. This is the third type of Matcha I have tried to date. I am glad that I skipped the organic regular and went straight to the supreme. It is very green and smooth, and is frothier than the lower grades. This and Kabusecha Sencha are now my green teas of choice to date. I look forward to treating myself to one the highest grades of Matcha soon.

Author: David Britton Since I started buying matcha online, I had only purchased the Uji Matcha Manten, a thick matcha and the most expensive available at O-Cha.com. When I placed my last order, I decided to give the thin style a try and chose the Organic Kaoru Supreme.
Although this is the most expensive thin type it is about half the price of the Uji Matcha Manten, which is a very sweet and mellow matcha. To a slightly lesser degree, so is the Kaoru. I knew I wouldn\\\'t be disappointed as soon as I opened the can. A very pleasant, sweet aroma and a pure green color with a taste to match. I was very surprised at how good it is. I detect no bitterness and it is very easy to get it to froth. Just preheat the bowl and soak the bamboo whisk at the same time, and although you shouldn\\\'t use boiling water, it should be hot enough or the matcha won\\\'t froth as easily. A little effort will produce a great bowl of matcha.
I will now regularly drink both thin and thick styles of matcha, not just to save money, but because the Kaoru Supreme is as awesome for a thin type as the Uji Matcha Manten is for thick. Another five star matcha from O-Cha.com!

Author: Olivier Coclet My first matcha.
It was less difficult to prepare than I thought. Just warming the bowl, drying it, adding the matcha, the water and whisking. Very simple.
Very sweet, nice taste and nice color.
