I had never heard of Powdered Sencha before, and it seemed a shame to powder a fine tea such as Sencha... But it's really quite good! Very easy to brew, very rich taste. Have to keep stiring while drinking it to drink up all the tiny parts. Smells delicious too! I'd say give it a try!

Makes a fantastic Frapachino with Frozen peaches, Soy shake, and non-fat vanilla yogurt (try adding green tea ice cubes). I also carry some when travelling to mix into frozen yogurt -- yum!

I have been drinking this tea for 2 years now on a daily basis for health benefit. It is delicious and so easy to use. If I am in a hurry, I just dissolve 1/2 tsp in a glass of hot water, and drink it straight down...it is fresh tasting and delicious. also great for cooking, and iced green tea shakes and frappicinos. Highly recommended.
