A very nice handcrafted teapot from Tokoname Japan. Perfect for brewing multiple or single cups of green tea, this teapot was designed for deep steamed green tea but is suitable for all green teas including gyokuro. Unique to this design is the built-in stainless steel infuser screen which covers the inside part of the spout.

A lovely looking teapot and extremely well made. Pours reasonably well, a little agitation while pouring prevents the leaves occasionally clogging the gauze.

I don't have a scale yet so I used a rounded tsp to 8 oz of water. Got 4 infusions from this and each was very very good. Would like to try some of the others to see how they compare to this one. Couldn't believe how quickly this shipped!!
