I have been drinking Matcha for the last 2-3 years and by far this is the best Matcha at this price.
I have tried several other brands, from other sources and nothing compares to the freshness of O-Cha's Kiri-No-Mori.
I have not tried to other Matcha products here, probably due to the fact that I have been very satsified with this product compared to other Matcha products that I have found else where.
The color is nice and vivid. It has a nice aroma, and makes a consistent cup of Matcha every time. Gives you a nice green froth.
I do not even try to look elsewhere for a better product because I have always been disappointed.
Highly recommended!

Kiri-No-Mori is the very best usucha I have used. It has beautiful color and an intricate aroma. It is by far the best value of any matcha I have seen. O-Cha really takes care of their tea. Other matcha I have recieved from other stores has been lumpy and hard to whisk. I don't even sift my Kiri-No-Mori.

This is the best matcha value I have come across so far, and I doubt I'll find a better value in my lifetime. I've recently tried matcha from another vendor, and although it was a decent value in it's own way, I couldn't wait to finish the 200 gram can so I could purchase some from O-Cha. To be fair, I purchased O-Cha's cheapest, the Kiri No Mori, and the difference was noticeable as soon as the can was opened. Very fresh, great color, and not clumped together like some other vendor's matcha. The Kiri No Mori beat the competition easily!
I find that with this matcha it is very easy to achieve great results as long as the chawan is properly pre-heated and dried and a few other basic rules are followed.
I didn't say this was the best matcha out there, as that honor probably belongs to the Uji Matcha Manten. I do stress that the Kiri No Mori is very good in absolute terms, and an absolute steal at this price.
I rated it 5 stars in all categories after factoring in price. In absolute terms I would drop the quality rating to 4 stars because there are matcha's out there like Manten that are absolutely superb and it's not likely any $15.95 can could realistically take it on. However, Manten is almost 4 times the price of the Kiri No Mori! I actually consider both of them to be great values.

I have tried several brands of Matcha from a variety of sellers and I find "Kiri no Mori" absolutely delightful in flavor, freshness and color! This is an excellent matcha and a great value!
