Green Tea Video - How Japanese Green Tea and Matcha are Processed

Here are some videos for those interested in the finer details of Japanese green tea.

For our first video, we show some scenic views of the town of Uji and the surrounding tea fields. Watch as green tea is harvested and processed. Towards the end you will see an example of how green tea was made in the traditional fasion.

The video below goes into a bit more detail showing how gyokuro and matcha are produced. Once you see this, you'll have a much better appreciation as to why gyokuro and matcha are so much more expensive that other types of green tea.
