A nice clear yellow-green liquid lets you know it's a quality asamushi. The flavor is light and quite sweet with a slightly dry and astringent finish (1st steep). An easy drinker.
and its Organic too...

Very good asamushi sencha with a nice grassy citrus aroma. Very easy to brew with no bitterness and strong flavor. By far the best organic Japanese tea I've ever had.

A nice light steamed shincha, especially considering it is an organic one. I like the Kirameki a little more but it is always good to have the possibility to alternate between such good teas.
