Organic Sencha "Fuushun" - From Shizuoka, a first rate, first harvest, rather unusual breed of deep steamed green tea (fukamushi sencha). The high quality of this green tea is obvious from the first sip. Less astringent with a somewhat "sweet", mild taste, it has a beautiful green color to it. As with many organic green teas, it is single estate and is not blended. Harvested from the first round of young spring leaves, it is grown and certified organic.
