O-Cha.com has a customer loyalty point system for our regular, registered customers. Registered customers earn one point for every $1 U.S. of purchases made, excluding shipping charges. These points may be used in full or in part to pay for future orders. Its' our way of rewarding our loyal customers. While you do not have to register to order items from O-Cha.com, you do need to register and use the same login information each time you make a purchase to earn bonus points. Notes regarding the use of bonus points:

1. All customers who make a purchase from O-Cha.com are eligible to recieve points. The system is automatic, however, and you must be registered and are logged in prior to making the order to receive the points.
   
   
2. Points earned may be applied to future orders only.
   
   
3. Nearly all of our items receive points, but there may be a few already discounted items or specials that do not.
   
   
4. Refer a friend to O-Cha.com and receive 1/2 of their first purchase in customer loyalty points!
   
   

1. Points earned on previous orders are later redeemable during checkout at the rate of 20 points to $1 U.S.
   
   
2. To pay using earned points: In step 4 of the checkout simply select "points" as your payment method instead of credit card.
   
   
3. If you do not have enough points to pay for the entire order, your price will be reduced, recalculated, and you can then pay the remaining balance with a credit card, paypal, or other method.
   
   
   

   To see how many points you have earned...

   1. When you checkout with points, it will show how many you have available, or...
      
      
   2. Make sure you are logged in, and then click on "modify profile." The number of points you have accumulated will show near the top of your profile.
