From Uji, located near Kyoto, this matcha is grown with only natural organic fertilizers and no agricultural chemicals. It is certified by JONA (Japan Organic & Natural Foods Association) and carries the JAS mark.

I would agree with the other posters. This is a very good value. It does not compare with more refined and expensive Matcha. But as already stated, its great price, tastes great for the price and its organic.

An excellent value because of its low price and high quality. Plus, it's organic, so it is better for me and you, the people who grow it, and the environment it's grown in.

I find the taste quite good, and even enjoy the slightly bitter flavor in it.

This is a well-priced matcha, especially for a first time matcha user. It's a good one to start off with and very palatable.
