Canada Delivery Delays...

For some reason, many Canada orders have been seeing extended delivery times. We will often unfairly get the blame for such delays ("my order from xyz tea company never was late like this before!") but the fact is, we ALWAYS ship all orders received within 24 hours.  If your order is delayed (especially if you chose a non-tracking shipping option), please keep in mind that delays in the various shipping destinations throught the world are completely out of our control.

Delays in Mail Delivery to Certain Regions of Canada

Delays are expected in the delivery of international mail and EMS addressed to the areas in Canada listed in the table below due to delay in processing at the Office of Exchange (OE) of Vancouver and subsequent increase in the backlog there.

Furthermore, there may also be delays in the arrival of mail sent from the same areas to Japan.
