COVID-19 Impact on O-Cha.com

Although we have largely been spared impact of COVID-19 so far in our personal location, we're now starting to see the impact on deliveries to our customers worldwide. Yes, we're still shipping as normal and surprisingly we still have a stead flow of orders here as if almost nothing has happened. However, it now appears all deliveries to most places in the world will take longer than usual due to the lack of running airline flights.  Yes, we are still accepting and shipping orders but your patience in receiving your order is requested during this unusual time, your order will most likely take much longer to receive than it did in the past.

Further, we're noticing that post offices around the globe now are not allowing customers to pick up their parcels from the post office.  Please, please send any order you place from us to an address where you know someone will be there to accept it, otherwise they will just send it back to us.
