Canada Delivery Delays...

We are finding quite a few of our Canadian customers are experiencing delivery delays, especially those in British Columbia.  Some of these orders were shipped a month or more ago and have still not bee received. Although we cannot find a specific reason for it, it's most likely due to weather:

It could also be issues related to customs clearance, heavy volume during the holiday season, etc.  All we can say for sure is that we always ship within 24 hours of your placing the order.  Issues related to weather, customs, etc, are pretty much out of our control and we ask for your patience. Long delivery times like this are not the norm.
