Arto Tammenoksadéc. 12, 2017, 21:38An excellent green tea with a refined taste that stands brewing in slightly cooler temperatures and for a longer time than is normal for sencha.

Janetjuin 22, 2017, 11:57I really like this tea. It has a strong flavor that stands up to tea sweets. It is enjoyable to vary the mildness vs. astringency with the heat of the water (you can do this with any good green tea, but it is particularly noticeable and enjoyable to vary this one for different effects.)

Swami Madhuram Purimars 14, 2016, 06:26I don't consider my self being an expert but have been drinking Japanese green tea for many years and this tea became my favourite right form beginning. I used to order it from Czech republic where I had it first time but now after long search I found O-cha selling it and it is of the same quality as I was used to. If you are into meditation/yoga I found this tea doesn't disturb the mind as some of the green teas do to me. Very pleasant sweeter taste and smell and could be used 3-4 times. Highly recommending it.

Nick Hardersenmai 20, 2015, 11:16This is the first time that I have had guricha and I think it is really, really good stuff. The "comma" shape of the leaves is beautiful and something different, although other than that it seems quite similar to sencha, but a very savory sencha at that. Like the description says, this tea has tons of umami and that's very true. It is a very nice change of pace to sencha, which I drink everyday usually. I can't imagine someone who likes Japanese teas disliking this one. It's truly a great tea.
