Resumption of postal options for Canada, Romania, and Finland

We're happy to report that some postal service deliveries have resumed for Canada (EMS), Romania and Finland (EMS & ePacket). This should be especially beneficial for customers in rural areas that were previously hit up by FedEx "out-of-delivery area" fees.
