Pretty typical, good tasting, deep steamed tea. While the best flavors come and go with the first couple steepings, I've been able to extract a nice color past 3 or 4 steepings. While making sure to not brew too hot or too long, with too much tea leaf, I combine the first and quick second brew; this results in a deep green flavorful tea, with a hint of sweetness and not much astringency at all. I was hoping for a very potent grassy/vegetal taste, but that seems to be rare. I'll be experimenting more to see how I can get the absolute best taste.
