Customer reviews
- Ann McMahonOct 15, 2019, 15:37Thick quality glass, and high quality top and bottom "lids" that screw on tight. But- I first messed up with this bottle by removing the tea strainer after the tea was brewed, then replaced the bottom lid back on and it leaked! Do not do that! After speaking with Kevin, I then left the strainer in - after brewing the tea, and no leak. So after a complete brew to a nice cold temp, I pour it into my Nalgene bottle and voila! Perfect brewed Japanese iced tea!

How much tea do you typically use for the bottle?
Jul 20, 2021, 10:31Typically 2 or 3 tablespoons will work well. You don't have to heat it first, just add to the bottle, add water, and refrigerate overnight.

From China or Japan, only buy Japanese teas
Dec 14, 2020, 13:46We only sell Japanese teas. This bottle is probably the only Chinese made item we sell, however.

Do I add hot water into the bottle before putting in fridge for the cold brew bottle ?
Mar 1, 2020, 12:58You can add hot water but usually we add cold water and allow it to soak refrigerated overnight instead.
