I was surprised how the intact the leaves were, and their deep green color, after I poured my first and second steeps. While higher temps will bring out more astringency, if brewed at slightly lower temps kurasawa offers very elegant, deep, and mellow flavors. It was a nice change from the zairai (base species) sencha I tend to drink. EXCELLENT DEAL.
Advantages: brewing flexibility attractive leaves complexity and subtly in flavor profile inexpensive

When i looked what sencha to chose, i found that this particular sencha has more cachetins than the other.s I believe it is true and will help me to fight with my health problem. I brew it as recommended...if i brew more time it is certainly getting bitter, which means i got max catechins which is my goal.
Advantages: I should add that O-Cha.com prises are affordable, much better than the other sites I checked.
