Solid, beautiful, comfortable, elegant. Excellent bowl.

Elegant and a pleasant to use. It is hand made hence the edge is a bit wave like, giving it a natural feeling. Its bottom is flat, with a slight curvature linking to the wall, making it spacy to move around while whisking. It's decorating white stripes with green hue looks amazing, especially when the Bubbly Macha is ready in side.

In short, it's a beautifully crafted Chawan designed to make Macha, just as the description of this item claims.

This Chawan is pleasing to the eye in form and embellishment.  It has the feeling of strength.  I liked this so much that I bought another for my father in law.

Advantages: Obviously shaped for efficient mixing and so well balanced in the hands when drinking. 

This is a quality product, and is obviously hand made.  It is beautiful, and practical for matcha making.
