Author: Ryan Maintains the grassy appeal while still having a somewhat softer approach than the other senchas. A particularly good 2nd infusion.
|
Author: Randy Engelbrecht I just had my first 3 cups, WOW what a 2nd infusion.
A little milder than the Uji sencha, but very very good!

Author: Anthony Pham Tried this tea based on Kevin's recommendation... And omgosh I've never had tea so spankin' good! XD Smooth, flavorful, GREEN! Just opening the package, looking at the dark green leaves and smelling the aroma -- this tea just exudes quality. It's my new favorite tea; worth every penny! :D

Author: LisaB An excellent green tea. Mild taste, not very grassy. Will definitely buy this again.
|
Author: chip creitz A good starting point if you are new to Japanese green tea as this tea is milder, smoother, and easier to brew than most sencha. While at the same time, the more experienced will appreciate this different Japanese green tea.

Author: Luke Auge I think this is a great tea to try if you love green tea and want to move your way up to gyokuro. Fairly inexpensive and offers a little differentiation from sencha.
|
Author: Luke Auge I think this is an excellent tea if you want to branch out of sencha and try something different. It's easy to make and a nice fresh taste.

Author: Kenneth Shelley I have definitely found my daily tea. I tried the Daily Sencha, but it was way too bitter. This tea is so greeen, so smooth, and so tasty. It is the best tea so far and it is well worth the extra money, since you get 3 very green infusions from it . I may try some others, but this and Genmaicha with Matcha are my staple teas.

Author: mk This tea is DELICIOUS! It was the first tea that I got here at o-Cha and I've grown to love the aroma of the tea both before it's brewed and AFTER.. it's earthy, fresh, and also is the best of taste and sweetness.

Author: LoaJoy McBride Very nice, I can get 3 infusions and the color is beautiful with a sweet taste.

Author: David Britton Kabusecha is very green, not very grassy, easy to brew and has a rather mild taste. It is a decent diversion from standard sencha, but I'd rather pay the extra for the Midori. For the same price, I prefer the Uji Sencha Otsuusan which has more of a bite to it. For those new to quality tea, this is still a great start due to the ease of getting a good-tasting cup.
