An excellent sencha... first brew at lower temps (160) for a minute or so yields a smooth, rich honey-like  infusion.  A short second steep at a higher temp (180) brings out the higher notes and a lavender profile.  Subsequent brews are great even up to 5 with a sweet "honey water" type taste.  Very unique. Very smooth.

Been ordering Uji sencha Miyabi for "years".
Aroma is awesome, especially with first brew.
It needs careful temperature however it's worth the effort. I prefer this over Gyokuro but hey
all teas from O-Cha are supreme no other
Green tea comes close. Thank you Kevin!

A fine sencha. Very nice aroma and a subtle but complex flavor that improves on the second steeping.

I've tried a number of green teas, including the more expensive ones, but I always come back to Miyabi. Great flavour and aroma. When brewed correctly it has a sweet but astringent taste and a pleasant grassy aroma. If brewed too long or at too high a temperature it turns bitter rather than astringent and the sweetness is lost.

One measure lasts all day for me, although the first four infusions (five cups) are the best.
