Very nice pleasant tea. Good change from my regular Tamaryokucha.

I did not buy this tea for the healthy benefits, as all green tea is healthy. I'm am very weary of people that just drink green tea for health reasons, I love the taste of all O-Cha.com tea selections and look on the health benefits as a very nice byproduct. This is a wonderful tea and not difficult to brew, as long as you brew at around 68-70 degrees

This one was in my fridge since I purchased it as shincha. I was surprised how the intact the leaves were, and their deep green color, after I poured my first and second steeps. While higher temps will bring out more astringency, if brewed at slightly lower temps kurasawa offers very elegant, deep, and mellow flavors. It was a nice change from the zairai (base species) sencha I tend to drink. EXCELLENT DEAL.

Advantages: brewing flexibility attractive leaves complexity and subtly in flavor profile inexpensive

I choose this kind of sencha for medical reasons. When i looked what sencha to chose, i found that this particular sencha has more cachetins than the other.s I believe it is true and will help me to fight with my health problem. I brew it as recommended...if i brew more time it is certainly getting bitter, which means i got max catechins which is my goal.

Advantages: I should add that O-Cha.com prises are affordable, much better than the other sites I checked.

Just a good tea. Nice grassy flavor, enjoyable. I brewed it at 1g/oz, and only steeped for 45 seconds the first steep as this tea is strong yet rewarding.
