Resumption of Postal options for Australia, China

We're happy to report that postal service deliveries have resumed for Australia and China.  This includes reasonable ePacket rates.  This should be especially beneficial for customers in rural Australia that were previously hit up by FedEx "out-of-delivery area" fees.

Keep in mind, Japan only allowed about 250 tourists into the country in June so full air cargo has not yet been achieved and postal methods are likely to be slower than they used to be. Hopefully in the upcoming months this will be rectified.   

Canada & USA customers, we're still waiting for resumption of full postal services.
